The yellow house/apartment is situated 50 m from the sea, on the first floor of the family house. It has its own garden with separate entrance to.
The owner lives in the ground-floor apartment with separate entrance.
The apartment (105m²) has the terrace of 30m² with the magnificent view on the sea.
It consists of: two bigger bedrooms (17m² each), one smaller bedroom (10m²), living-room (17m²), kitchen (14m²), dinning-room (14m²) and 2 bathrooms (8m² each).
Every bedroom has two beds, but if needed, in two bigger ones as well as in the living-room, 2-3 spare beds can be placed.
A television is in the living-room, and kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, refrigerator, all necessary dishes (frying pan, pots…) and dinning set for 7 (plates, glasses, cups, forks…).
One of the bathrooms has bath tub with a boiler (cold and hot water) and washing machine, and other one has shower-bath with only cold water.
On the terrace there is a garden table with 6 chairs.
